Mission Statement

Fertility Solutions, Inc. manufactures and distributes a unique line of products for male fertility testing laboratories. Founded in 1992 by Dr. Susan Rothmann, an expert in semen analysis and andrology, FSI fills the substantial need for quality controls and teaching tools required for reliable semen analysis. While semen analysis is a critical fertility diagnosis "gateway" test, it is often referred to as "the neglected lab test" because, historically, it has been performed without adequate training or quality control. Despite U.S. government designation as a high-complexity test and CLIA guidelines requiring daily control samples and yearly testing, many labs fail to comply with these regulations. Fertility Solutions, Inc. created products to help labs provide accurate results to fertility care providers and facilitate informed choices for appropriate patient therapy.
